Who We Are

We are a family of five – two adults and three teenagers – all with different food allergies/intolerances and nutritional requirements

Finding recipes that meet the needs of our family proved almost impossible so we decided to design our own.

What We Do

Healthy recipes for the whole family – all gluten and dairy free (and some easy to make vegan options too) – so the whole family can eat the same meal together.

No more making additional meals to cater for allergies and intollerances, freeing up more time with the family.

We offer nutrition supplements and herbal remedies for everything life throws at you.

Fussy children who won’t eat their fruit and veges? We all have them, relax. We’ll show you some tried and true tricks that work
