Choc Protein Bites / Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

  • 10 medjool dates pitted 
  • 3 tbsp Pea Protein powder 
  • 1 tbsp cacao 
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter 
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil 
  • 2 tbsp almond milk 
  • 1/2 cup almonds 
  • 1/2 cup cashews 
  • 1 tsp chia seeds 

Method:

  • In a food processor combine all dry ingredients and blend until fine and crumbly.
  • Remove pits from 10 Medjool dates then add to a food processor along with peanut butter, coconut oil & milk.
  • Process until combined and a tough dough when touched.
  • Roll dough into tsp sized balls and place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • Enjoy straight away or refrigerated.
