- 10 medjool dates pitted
- 3 tbsp Pea Protein powder
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- In a food processor combine all dry ingredients and blend until fine and crumbly.
- Remove pits from 10 Medjool dates then add to a food processor along with peanut butter, coconut oil & milk.
- Process until combined and a tough dough when touched.
- Roll dough into tsp sized balls and place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Enjoy straight away or refrigerated.
