Low FODMAP Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 400g can Organic Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Red Chilli Chopped
- 1/4 Capsicum Chopped
- 3 Dashes Italian Herbs
- 3 Dashes Dried Oregano
- Dash Ground Cumin
- Dash Ground Paprika
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a medium-sized pot add Diced Tomatoes, Capsicum & Chilli then heat on the stovetop on medium to low heat.
- Add in herbs & spices and stir.
- Add more spices to desired taste, (if wanting a little sweeter add 1 tsp of stevia).
- Once Capsicum & Chilli are cooked, remove from the heat & your salsa is finished.
- Serve warm or refrigerate in an airtight container/jar.
