Vegetables in a Creamy Cheese Sauce

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sliced zucchini 
  • 1 carrot chopped 
  • 15 cherry tomatoes halved 
  • 1/2 (75g) cup frozen corn kernels 
  • 1/2 (75g) cup frozen baby peas 
  • 200g canned cannellini beans 
  • 1 serve Vegan Cheese Sauce

Method:

Cook vegetables.

Make Vegan Cheese Sauce as per instructions.

Add sauce to vegetables until heated through.

Serve.

Note: You can use any vegetables of choice. The vegan cheese sauce is a perfect way to get your children to try different vegetables.
